恒定磨削力PID控制器的设计与仿真

摘    要:针对磨削加工中,砂轮磨损引起磨削力升高从而影响磨削精度这一现象,采用Matlab仿真工具设计了磨削力模糊PID控制系统,并对该系统进行了恒力控制,分析了它的性能和精度.

Abstract:In view of the facts that grinding precision declines because of the radial cutting force rising caused by grinding wheel abrasion, a fuzzy PID control system of grinding force control is designed by means of Matlab. A constant grinding force is worked on the system, of which the performance and precision are analyzed.
