摘    要:为了在性能试验前预测高压锅炉给水泵的水力性能,在并行计算机系统上应用计算流体动力学(CFD)技术,实现了高压锅炉给水泵整机三维流场数值仿真,计算采用雷诺时均N-S方程以及RNGκ-ε湍流模型.仿真和性能预测结果表明,部分过流部件内部出现局部强烈的漩涡运动,堵塞了流道面积,导致局部流动损耗增加.所以泵的初始模型的扬程、轴功率和效率未达到设计要求,研究结果可以指导部分过流部件结构优化设计,从而改善高压锅炉给水泵的水力性能.

Abstract:In order to predict the hydraulic performance of high pressure boiler feed pump before the performance experiment, the numerical simulation of entire three-dimensional flow field in a high pressure boiler feed pump is developed by using CFD method in the parallel computers. The time averaged N-S equations and RNG κ-ε model are adopted in the computation. The results of simulation and performance prediction reveal that the local violent eddy flow occurs in the part inner overflowing components, which plugs the flow area and leads to increase the local flow dissipation. Hence the head, shaft power and efficiency of initial model of the pump don't satisfy the design requirement. The study results can direct the optimum structure design of part overflowing components, which improve the hydraulic performance of high pressure boiler feed pump.
