| 摘 要： | 基于大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,对立柱式双向旋转钢闸门进行了建模和分析,通过静力分析获得了闸门不同工况下的应力和应变的分布规律,对闸门的强度和刚度进行了校核.结果表明,闸门的强度和刚度满足设计要求,闸门整体结构设计合理,所作研究对同类闸门结构的设计计算具有一定的参考价值.

| Abstract: | Based on ANSYS,a large finite element analysis software,a finite element model of the column reversing gate is built and analyzed.Through static analysis of the model,the distributing rules of the stress and strain of the gate under various control conditions are obtained.The strength and rigidity of the gate are checked.The results show that the strength and rigidity of the gate meet the design requirements;the structural design of the integral gate is reasonable.The study has reference value for design and calculation of similar gate structures. |
