摘    要:在一般常态混凝土薄壁结构开裂机理的基础上,针对一种具有超长底板的新型水闸混凝土结构,采用混凝土温度场和应力场算法以及水管冷却的精细算法,对其进行了施工仿真计算.计算结果和初步工程实践表明内部水管降温和表面保温的综合措施对于防止长底板开裂是有效的,对今后类似工程有重要的参考价值.

Abstract:In light of the cracking mechanism of common thin wall structure made of normal concrete,the algorithm of temperature field and stress field for concrete and the fine numerical algorithm of pipe cooling are adopted to simulate the construction of a new type sluice concrete structure with super-long deck.The calculation results and preliminary application show that the combined measure of internal pipe cooling and surface insulation can achieve good effect in cracking prevention.It has significant reference for similar concrete projects.
