| Abstract: | At first, the characteristics and the limitations of the existing bid evaluating and determining methods are discussed and analyzed. Then the feasibility and advantages of the application of main coordinate method to bid evaluating and determining are dwelled on. Finally, the calculating models and examples by using the main coordinate method are given. |
