摘    要:在塔机静态分析和模态分析的基础上,为改善结构的动态性能,将优化设计、有限元法和灵敏度分析相结合,以影响塔机动态性能的关键模态频率第一、二阶频率为优化目标,以强度、刚度和稳定性等为约束,通过动态灵敏度分析确定了对优化目标影响较大的构件截面尺寸参数作为设计变量,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL和优化模块实现了塔机的结构动态优化设计,优化实例表明结构的动态性能明显提高.

Abstract:Based on the static analysis and modal analysis for tower crane structure, the key modal frequencies are dyn the taken as the optimization objective, and sensitivity analysis is done for structural parameters to decide the amic optimum design variables. The constraints dynamic optimum design of tower crane structur include strength, rigidity and stability conditions. Then e is performed based on finite element analysis software ANSYS and its APDL. The optimum results of an example show that the dynamic performance of tower crane is improved effectively.
