| 摘 要： | 选择合适的战略绩效评价工具对于供电企业的战略实施具有重要的作用.基于平衡计分卡战略绩效评价工具,应用决策实验室分析法,探讨了平衡计分卡4个维度中各绩效评价指标之间相互依赖和相互影响的关系,分析了指标在评价企业绩效中的地位和作用.研究表明,采用DEMATEL技术对评价指标进行分析能为供电企业绩效评价提供新的思路和方法,有效帮助供电企业制定发展战略.

| Abstract: | It is very important to choose the appropriate strategy performance evaluation tools for implemen- ting the strategy of enterprises of power supply. Based on the balanced scorecard strategic performance evalu- ation tools, applying decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory, the interdependence and mutual influ- ence degree is discussed between indices of performance evaluation in power supply corporation. The results can be used for power supply enterprises making strategy and providing decision support, effectively help strategic managers of power supply corporation to formulate development strategy. |
