P(St-co-MAA-co-AM)磁性微球的制备与特性

摘    要:通过微乳液法制备了P(St-co-MAA-co-AM)磁性微球,并用扫描电镜(SEM),光学显微镜,振动磁强计(VSM),热重分析议(TGA),傅立叶红外测谱议(FTIR)等仪器对磁性微球的大小,分散性、磁性和热稳定性等进行了研究.结果表明磁性微球分散性好,无团聚,表面较光滑,带有丰富的官能基团,且具有很好的超顺磁性.另外,还将微球与荧光标记的FI-TC蛋白进行偶联,用试剂盒HCG SEROZYME检测了偶联的情况,并将结果和与试剂盒配套的意大利磁珠所得到的结果进行了比较,发现两者偶联效果基本接近.

Abstract:The magnetic microspheres P(St-co-MAA-co-AM) were prepared by microemulsion polymerization.The morphological,thermal stability and magnetic properties of the microspheres were investigated by different techniques(i.e.SEM,TGA,optical microscopy,vibrating sample magnetometer,FTIR).The results indicated that the magnetic microspheres were superparamagnetic,well shaped spheres,mono-dispersed with abundant functional groups on the surfaces and good thermal stability.The microspheres were conjugated with FITC antibody,and the reagent kit HCG SEROZYME was used to test the capacity of conjugation. The results indicated that the conjugation capacity of the microspheres was similar with that of the Italy microspheres,which were merchandises for the reagent kit HCG SEROZYME specially.
