摘    要:根据水利水电工程岩石高边坡建设的需要,建立了基于多源信息融合与管理的安全监测资料在线分析系统,系统采用C/S构架的度客户端模式,应R1目前流行的MySQL多平台网络数据库,在设计和建立MySQL数据库服务器的基础上,以Visual Basic,Net为集成开发环境,实现了Internet/Intranet网络环境下的安全监测数据库的分布式管理.该系统可适用于所有水利水电工程的安全监测数据及相关信息资料的管理和分析.系统已成功应用于锦屏一级水电站左岸高边坡工程施工期的安全监测分析,为工程施工后期及运行期自动化监测的海量监测数据管理和分析平台的建立奠定了基础.

Abstract:The online analysis system of safety monitoring based on multi-source information management and integration is developed for high rock slope construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects. The system uses thin client mode of C/S framework, and adopts the MySQL, a popular multi-platform network database. After designing and building the database server of monitoring information, the distributed data- base management of safety monitoring based on Internet/Intranet environment is realized under the VisualBa- sic. Net integrated development environment. This system is different with the large number of traditional safety monitoring management and analysis system because of its versatility and scalability. It can be applied to any water conservancy and hydropower projects for managing and analyzing the monitoring data and related information. It has been successfully applied to the left bank of the Jinping I Hydropower Station for analyzing the safety monitoring data during construction period; it can be regarded as a basis for establishing the mass monitoring data management and analysis platform for the late construction and operation period of automatic monitoring.
