摘    要:城乡水务一体化管理模式是处理涉水事务的行之有效的方式,它实现了由一个部门对地表水与地下水、水量与水质的统一规划与调度.该模式是一种全新的水务管理体制,也是我国管理涉水事务的一种发展趋势.目前我国大部分地区都基本实现了城乡水务一体化管理,但各个地区发展的程度有所不同.以贵州省为例,综合考虑城乡水务一体化管理的基本原则和目标,采用层次分析法对其管理现状进行综合评价研究.

Abstract:The integration of urban-rural water management pattern is an effective way to deal with water af-fairs.It implements by one department to plan and schedule the water quality and water quantity,surface wa-ter and groundwater.This pattern is a kind of new water management systems and is also a trend for water management in China.Now,most areas in China have been achieved the integration of urban-rural water management.However,the development degree is different from area to area.The authors take Guizhou province for example,considering the basic principles and goals of the integration of urban-rural water man-agement,the current status of integration of urban-rural water management pattern is analyzed and evaluated by using the analytic hierarchy process.
