摘    要:制动轮是门座式起重机制动装置的关键零件,制动轮在生产制造和使用过程中的早期失效及热处理缺陷是影响生产成本及效率的重要因素.通过对制动轮显微组织观察,制动轮失效原因主要是由于预先热处理工艺不当造成组织粗大以及产生重复表面淬火所致.在此基础上对制动轮的热处理工艺进行了改进,并且用试验进行了检验,有效地提高了制动轮的寿命.

Abstract:The brake wheel is a key part of portal frame crane, and its earlier failure and heat treatment defect during manufacture and use is the key factor, which affects the cost and efficiency. By the observation of microstructure of brake wheel, its failure is created by bigger metallurgical structure resulted by improper conditioning heat treatment and repeated face hardening. Aimed at above-mentioned Causes, the heat treatment process of brake wheel is improved, and does effectively by test, so the service life of brake wheel is prolonged effectively.
