乘用车排气系统模态分析数值模型研究

摘    要:在发动机及路面激励下,排气系统振动能量通过吊挂传递至车身,导致车身振动并产生结构声,严重影响到乘用车的NVH性能.主要对乘用车排气系统模态分析数值模型进行研究,对多个模型进行试验相关性分析,得到最合理的排气系统简化数值分析模型.采用该模型对某排气系统进行了模态分析,确定了合适的吊挂位置,降低了车身振动和车内噪声水平.

Abstract:Under the excitation of the engine and road surface, the vibration energy of the exhaust system which will results in the vibration of the body and produces the structure borne noise transfers to the body from the suspender. This will seriously affects the NVH performance of the passenger car. The modal analysis numerical model of the exhaust system has been studied; several numerical models have been analyzed with the test correlation technology; and the accurate numerical model has been found. Some exhaust system has been anslyzed with the former model. The reasonable suspender positions have been decided. The vibration level of the body and the internal noise have been decreased.
