摘    要:目的:用近红外漫反射光谱法对不同产地的川续断进行鉴别,为川续断的质量评价提供一种新的方法和手段.方法:4个不同产地的川续断的近红外漫反射原始图谱经过多元散射校正(MSC)和二阶导数(SD)进行处理后,分别建立PLSDA模型.结果:所建立的PLSDA模型可以有效地对不同产地的川续断药物进行鉴别.结论:本方法可用于不同产地...

Abstract:A new method for identifying Dipsacus Asperoides from different areas by near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy(NIRS) is established.The NIRS spectra processing by the multiplicative scatter correction(MSC) and second derivative(SD),are used to establish partial least square-discriminant analysis(PLSDA) model.The method can identify Dipsacus asperoides from different areas.This method can be used for the rapidly and accurately identifying Dipsacus Asperoides from different areas.
