| 摘 要： | 指出了现有的开裂扭矩预应力影响系数计算公式的局限性及其理论上的片面性。从合适的强度理论出发，推导出新的计算公式。该公式计算值与试验结果吻合良好。

| Abstract: | The limitation and theoretic one - sidedness of the present formula in calculation efficiency of the prestressing force to affect the cracking torque are pointal out. A new calculatio formula is deduced from a right strength theory. The formula is in good correspondence with the present experiment results. |
