摘    要:黄埔大桥南锚锭底板C30混凝土方量近16847m2,在取消设置冷却水管通水冷却情况下,通过选择级配优良的碎石、砂、外加剂,掺入矿粉和粉煤灰优化混凝土配合比,控制混凝土的浇筑过程和保温养护,减小水泥用量,降低混凝土的水化温升峰值,提高了混凝土和易性和耐久性.现场实时温度监测表明:锚锭底板未出现温度裂缝,底板最高温度峰值为58.0℃,内表最大温差24.3℃小于规范值25℃,满足工程设计要求.

Abstract:During mass concrete construction of anchors in cable suspension bridge, in order to eliminate tem- perature cracking in concrele, the optimization of concrete mix proportion, reduction of cement quantity,in- crease of mineral aggregate quantity, drop in concrete hydration temperature rise, improvement of pumping construction performance and durability, etc. measures are adopted. The max temperature of anchor floor is 58.0℃; and the max temperature difference of 24.3℃ is less than standard value 25℃. Therefore, the design requirements are satisfied.
