| 摘 要： | 建设资源节约型、环境友好型城市,一是要树立生态环保价值观念,二是要发展生态环保产业经济,三是要倡导绿色生活方式,四是要强化环保制度的实施。常德市在建设资源节约型、环境友好型城市的过程中,把生态环保理念贯穿在产业经济发展过程中,同时也落实到了城市绿化、亮化和人们的生活方式中,这为其他地区建设资源节约型、环境友好型城市具有启发作用和借鉴价值。

| Abstract: | To construct a resource- saving and environment- friendly city, we should establish ecological and environmental protection value, develop ecological and environmental industrial economy, advocate green consumption life style and strengthen implementation of environmental protection regulations. In the process of constructing Changde into a resource - saving and environment - friendly city, we carry out development as well as in aforestation of the city and people＇s the environmental protection idea in the industrial economy life style, which can cast enlightenment for other cities. |
