| 摘 要： | 作为湖南地方文艺百花园中的一朵奇葩，常德丝弦经历了一个艰难而又传奇的过程，最终成为国家级“非物质文化遗产”保护项目。常德丝弦已经成为常德的文化符号，推动着常德文化向前发展，不断丰富和提升着常德人民的文化生活。常德丝弦在常德创建文化名城的过程中，有着非常重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Changde Sixian, as a regional artistic highlight of Hunan, experienced a hard but legendary devel- opment and was finally on the list of national ＂non - tangible cultural relics＂. Changde Sixian plays a very important role in the construction of Changde into a famous cultural city. It is already a cultural sign of Changde people and a carrier of Changde culture. It promotes the constant development of Changde culture and enriches and enhances the cultural life of Changde people. |
