摘    要:本文研究了用 Nova Pak C18反相柱同时分离槐胺碱,双号碱,槐果碱,苦参碱,槐定碱,氧化苦参碱六种生物碱的分离,试验了在不同甲醇比例,不同柱温及不同pH值条件下,六种生物碱的保留行为及分离效果,并在此基础上找到了分离六种生物碱的最佳色谱分离条件.

Abstract:In this paper, sophocamine, sophocarpine, matrine, sophoradine and oxymatrine etc were separated with the Nova Pak C18 in the meantime. Retain activities and separation results were studied on the condition of different proportion of methylalcolhol, different temperature of Nova Pak C18 and different density of H] +. The best condition of chromatography operation being separated those alkaloids was found.
