| 摘 要： | 现代排球运动向着高速度、高强度、高超技巧以及知识化方向发展.因此运动员应具备适应现代排球战术意识.本文对排球战术的含义、作用及培养的方法与途径做了阐述,为现代排球战术意识的形成和培养提供理论依据,对在比赛和训练中如何培养运动员的战术意识能力具有一定的意义.
