| Abstract: | Conducted by means of literature review,questionnaire,interview,case study,and mathematical and statistic analysis,the study investigates and analyzes the influential factors involved in the athletics programs of Huaibei coal industries and provides with some advices.The purpose of the study is to fill up the gap in the research of sports activities of the workers and staff in coal industries,enrich the sports theory of workers and staff. |
