| 摘 要： | 瑜伽是一项绿色体育运动,可以成为终身体育的手段.它的特点和功能符合体育专业学生身心健康发展的需求.通过瑜伽教学可以满足学生学习瑜伽的兴趣,增加学生的专业技能,拓宽学生的就业面,提高毕业生的就业率,减少学生的经济压力.我校体育专业人才培养方案已将瑜伽课程列入专业选修课程,我校的师资力量、体育场地设施满足开设瑜伽课程的条件.文章归纳总结瑜伽运动的特点和功能,分析我校体育专业开设瑜伽课程的必要性和可行性,为我校体育专业开设瑜伽课程提供理论参考.

| Abstract: | Yoga is a green sports,it can become the method of lifelong sports.Its characteristics and functions also meet the needs of the development of the students′physical and psychological health.Yoga teaching can satisfy students′interest,increase students′professional skills,broaden students′employment surface,and improve students′employment rate,reduce the economic pressure.Our school sports cultivation plan has put Yoga curriculum into professional elective courses,our teachers and sports facility can meet the conditions setting up Yoga curriculum.The paper summarizes the characteristics and functions of Yoga,analyze the necessity and feasibility of setting up Yoga curriculum in our institute.and provide theoretical reference for setting up Yoga curriculum. |
