| 摘 要： | 证明了一级吸收药物动力学三种模型的解有类似的性质:解存在唯一、有唯一的极大值和拐点;讨论了解之间的相互关系。从而解决了一级吸收Michaelis-Menten消除动力学药一时关系曲线的变化规律问题。

| Abstract: | It is proved in this paper that there are similar properties for three equation solutions of first order absorption in pharmacokinetics,there is a sole solution,maximum and inflection pointor for every equation.
Relationships among solutions are discussed.The problem is solved to know the regularity of concentration vary with time for first order absorption in Michaelis-Mentene limination kinetics. |
