马齿苋抗霜霉病的生理基础研究

摘    要:本文以小白菜作对比,研究马齿苋在遭受霜霉病侵染的过程中所发生的一系列生理生化变化结果表明:马齿苋植株的感染率、死亡率较低,对霜霉病抗性明显较小白菜强,这是由于马齿苋受到霜霉病侵染后,植株的呼吸速率、SOD和PPO活性的增加均比较明显;CAT、POD变化稳定,根活力、植株相对含水量。叶片中叶绿素含量的下降,以及叶片膜脂过氧化水平和质膜透性的增加均相对较慢。

Abstract:This paper studies a series of physiological - biochemical changes of portulaca oleracea infected with peronospora parasitica, comparing with brassica chinensis. The results show that the infection rate and the death rate of portulaca oleracea are lower than that of brassica chinensis, so the resistance to peronospora parasitica of poratulaca oleracea is obviously stronger than that of brassica chinensis. The reason is that after Portulaca oleracea is infected with peronospora parasitica, the respiratory rate of the plantlets, the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and polyphenoloxidase (PPO) increase more obviously than that of brassica chinensis. While the activitise of catalase (CAT) and peroxidase(POD) change more steadly, and the decreasement of the root activities, relative water content, chlorophy content and the increasement of membrane lipid peroxidation and permeability of plasma membrane change more slowly than that of Brassica chinensis.
