| Abstract: | In thes paper,we present a new numerical method for solving the Neurnann problem with exterior domain.The technique consists of coupling of the abate element and boundary integral methods.The discrete variational formulation and well-posedness of the coupling method are obtained.The asylnptotic estimates for the appropriation solution are provided. |
