紫外光和热双重固化对涂料性能的研究

摘    要:探讨光、热固化的原理及特点,研究了紫外光和热双重固化对涂料性能的影响.实例表明,应用紫外光和热双重固化可以改善紫外光涂料的性能,特别是提高了涂层的硬度、耐磨性,降低了固化膜的收缩率.

Abstract:Effect of ultraviolet and heat dual curing on properties of coatings was studied and mechanism of ultraviolet and heat dual curing was discussed.The experimental results show that dual curing of ultraviolet and heat can improve properties of UV coating,especially enhance the rigidity and abrasion resistance of coatings and reduce the shrinkage of curable coatings.
