| Abstract: | The proper development of environment has been faced by the later modern countries in their current development, the modernization of which took place later than developed countries. Therefore, modernization of the countries must follow the line of the sustainable development. Some principles to follow and problems to bo considered attention in the strategy of their sustainable development are also discussed. |
