摘    要:研究了Y-Sb,Li-Mn,Si-Al等元素以固相或液相掺杂对正温度系数热敏电阻(PTC)材料性能的影响。实验结果表明,Li-Mn液相掺杂可以提高材料PTC效应及耐压值;Si-Al液相掺杂可降低材料室温电阻率,提高材料耐压值,Y-Sb液相掺杂可以降低材料室温电阻率,但PTC效应有所降低

Abstract:The influence of the state of dopants (Y Sb; Li Mn; Si Al etc. elements) on the properties of PTC material was studied. The experimental results show that Li Mn doping in liquid phase can raise the PTC effect and the withstand voltage of the material; Si Al doping in liquid phase can decrease the resistivity of the material at room temperature and increase the withstand voltage; Y Sb doping in liquid phase can decrease the resistivity at room temperature but the PTC effect of the material is somewhat lowered.
