人类家园定量研究:陕西传统民居景观评价

目的为探讨中国传统民居这一文化景观的定量模式。方法在指标选取原则与层次分析基础上构建了中国传统民居评价指标体系;通过指标权重的确定、指标量化与标准化处理、评价模型的建立探讨了其评价方法体系。结果以陕西传统民居为人类家园实例,计算其可居性评价指数、社会性评价指数、美感性评价指数以及综合评价指数,提出关中民居的综合评价指数最高等,并对民居保护和旅游拓展问题进行了探讨。结论最后讨论了中国传统民居资源丰富,评价指标体系尚需完善,类似研究重复尚需深入等问题,并尝试建立一种研究文化景观的定量模式。

Traditional vernacular house evaluation of landscape in Shaanxi Province

Aim To make a national judgement of Chinese traditional house,which is a special cultural carrier. Methods Based on the index choosing and function analyzing, system of traditional Chinese vernacular house evaluation is constructed, the method of vernacular house evaluation is discussed from aspects of index weight assuring, quantifying, standardization and evaluation modeling. Results Shaanxi traditional houses are taken as a case for study, scores of synthetic evaluation indexes of habitability, sociality and aesthetic feeling are calculated, the result is that the traditional houses in Guanzhong area are the best, the reason is analyzed, and the problems of tourism developing are investigated in viewpoint of human geography. Conclusion Finally, more researches should be probed into the enrichment of traditional houses resources, the improvement of evaluation system, innovation of e valuation methods, mode and technical path of culture landscape quantifying analysis are constructed.
