均匀沉淀法制备纳米氧化物工艺分析

摘    要:以尿素作为沉淀剂OH-的宿主,与Zn2+反应制备纳米氧化锌为例,对均匀沉淀法制纳米氧化物进行了热力学和动力学分析。说明沉淀产物的过饱和比对粒径及粒径分布起关键作用,进一步分析了选定制备纳米氧化物的工艺条件的一般原则。

Abstract:The carbamideis as used the host of the precipitant OH - reacted with Zn 2 to prepare nano meter ZnO,Taking this process as an example,analysize the kinetics and the thermodynamics of the preparation of nano metel oxide through homomenons precipitation.The resutls show that the oversaturate ration of the pricipitate is the key to the particle size and particle distribution.The process condition of the preparation of nano meter oxide were discussed.
