| 摘 要： | 采用黄化苗，按氯仿—异戊醇—ＲＮＡ酶法获得ＤＮＡ粗制品，后经酚—氯仿—乙戊醇纯化得１２种作物新品种的ＰＣＲ反应模板ＤＮＡ。结果测量获得的数据和曲线表明：采用本实验的提取方法，可得到具有一定纯度和数量的ＤＮＡ，完全可以满足ＰＣＲ反应所需。

| Abstract: | Crude DNA can be obtained from yellowing seedling with chlorom RNAase. After purification and extraction of phenol chloroform ethanol, the seed PCR template DNA twelve crops have been gained. Data and figures show that DNA with certain purity and quantity could be recovered, sufficient for Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR). |
