摘    要:采用正交实验法研究了不同培养基对 Bt- HD1产毒能力的影响。优选出的培养基为 :发酵液芽孢数达 5.1× 1 0 9· m L-1,2 %发酵液 2 4 h致死 3龄小菜蛾幼虫 65% ,48h 达 89% ,72 h达1 0 0 %。普通培养基对应值分别为 6.0× 1 0 8· m L-1和 35% ,83% ,1 0 0 %。优选出培养基最佳碳氮比( C/N)为 2 .0 ,最佳含固量为 8%

Abstract:The effect of different fermentation media on the toxicity of Bt HD 1 with orthogonal design was studied. There was not less than 5.1 billion spores per mililiter in the optimized media. Two percent of fermentation broth could kill 65 percent within 24 h, 89 percent within 48 h, 100 percent within 72 h of the pests tested. Compared with optimized media, the general media contained only 0.6 billion spores per mililiter, which could kill 35, 83 and 100 percent of pests tested within 24 h, 48 h and 72 h respectively. The best ratio of carbon to nitrogen(C/N) was 2.0 and the best amount of solid was 8 percent in fermentation midia.
