摘    要:目的将一种递阶层次模型用于大学教师综合业绩评价。方法层次分析法(Analytical hi-erarchy process,简称AHP)。结果从教学、科研、校内服务三方面提出和建立了一种递阶层次模型和指标体系,采用Saaty的1-9比率标度法建立了各个指标间的相对重要性,建立了相应的判断矩阵,对各判断矩阵进行了一致性检验。在一致性检验的基础上,得到了各指标的权重值,可用于定量化评价大学教师的综合工作业绩。结论递阶层次模型和评价方法可行,优于传统的评价方法。

Abstract:Aim To apply a kind of hierarchy model to evaluate the overall performance of teaches in university.Methods Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP).Results A hierarchy model and evaluation index system is proposed and established in terms of course teaching,research and services based on AHP.The 1-9 comparison method of Saaty is adopted to build up the relative importance among the indexes and the judgment matrix.After the compatibility check of the judgment matrix,the weight of each index is calculated.Then,the overall performance of teachers can be calculated according to the value of each weight and the evaluation index system.Conclusion Compared to the traditional methods,the proposed hierarchy model and evaluation index system are more feasible and optimal.
