| 摘 要： | 目的探讨开放式住宅区设计在大城市中的应用情况,为缓解城市交通拥堵,实现功能整合,达到资源共享,提高城市公共空间活力提供科学依据。方法通过查阅国内外相关文献,并结合相关案例据实分析。结果开放式住宅区设计在现代城市住宅区设计中具有较强的适用性,主要表现在实施的两种发展模式上:一是"传统邻里发展模式"(亦称"TND模式");二是"公交主导发展模式"(亦称"TOD模式")。结论基于新都市主义理念下的开放式住宅区设计可以增强交往空间的人性化,体现更多的人文关怀。

| Abstract: | Aim To show that open residential district design can be widely used in big city,ease the traffic congestion problems,realize function integration,achieve the sharing of resources and improve the vitality of city public space.Methods Literature review and related case analysis.Results The open residential district design has strong applicability in modern city residential district design.Conclusion The open residential district based on the new urbanism can strengthen the communication of space humanization,and reflect more humanistic care. |
