| 摘 要： | 苦参碱氯化钠注射液对其中细菌内毒素检查有抑制作用，通过稀释的方法可排除其干扰，其最大不干扰浓度为0．15mg/mL。试验结果表明，选择适宜灵敏度的鲎试剂，本品的热原检查可用检查细菌内毒素的方法代替家兔法。

| Abstract: | The concentration of matrin e in matrine and sodium chloride injection disturbs testing for bacterial endotoxin, the backdrop can be avoided through diluting the preparation to 0.15 mg per ml.The result shows that testing for bacterial endotoxin can imstead of testing for pyrogen in matrine and sodium chloride injection. |
