| 摘 要： | 将乙型肝炎表面抗原基因组装进穿梭质粒,经E.coli扩增、鉴定后转入酵母细胞得到了转化子。经放射免疫分析,在此转化子中HBsAg未得到表达,可能是阅读框架不一致造成的。此外,我们对酵母DNA重组技术进行了摸索,并简化和改进了一些步骤。

| Abstract: | Hepatitis B virus surface antigen gene was introduced into shuttlevector. After the hybrid plasmids were amplified and identified in E.coli, they were transformed into yeast cells and got the trgnsformants.In those transformants, HBsAg gene were not got expression by RIAassaying. It may be due to the wrong reading frame. Otherwise, we triedto find out the technique of yeast DNA Recomhinant, improved andsimplified some protocols. |
