| 摘 要： | 目的重新认识中国酒及其酒文化的发祥地问题,为中国酒业起源提供新线索。方法文献考证与分析。结果从中国酿酒技术创新的角度切入,系统总结以陕西为代表的中国酿酒业的起源及其酿造技术的创新、市场流播的历史变迁,系统耙梳中国酿酒业的历史发展,论证以陕西为代表的中国古代酿酒业技术领先地位和市场发育过程,从而论证中华民族的自主创新能力和培育市场的聪明智慧。结论陕西是中国酿酒技术的发源地,今茅台酒、泸州老窖、剑南春等品牌酒均与陕西有关。
