| 摘 要： | 基于对ｐｈｙｔｏｌｉｔｈ一词内涵和使用沿革的回顾，笔者主张将其译为植结石，可以与动结石（ｚｏｏｌｉｔｈ）匹对，不主张将其译为“植物硅酸体”、“植物硅石”、“植物硅体细胞”和“植物石”。同样，一门新兴的边缘学科──ｐｈｙｔｏｌｉｔｈｉｃｓ可译为植结石学。
