| Abstract: | Based on a series of study on the computer simulation of fractal of non equilibrium crystallization aggregation of hydrogenated amorphous carbon films, this work simulated the density cluster of crystallization fractal. This can be helpful for further study on the crystallization mechanism and exploring its application on the matter of hydrogenated amorphous carbon films. |
