苯乙醛的新合成方法

摘    要:目的研究苯乙醛的新合成方法。方法以苯并咪唑盐和苄基氯为原料,利用苯并咪唑盐与Grignard试剂的加成.水解反应合成苯乙醛。结果苯乙醛的产率73%,产物的红外光谱以及熔点与文献报道一致。结论苯并咪唑盐与Grignard试剂的加成-水解反应为苯乙醛提供了一种简便的新合成方法。

Abstract:Aim To discuss a new synthetic method for synthetic method for the phenylacetaldehyde. Methods Phenylacetaldehyde was prepared from benzimidazolium salt and benzyl chloride by the addition-hydrolysis reaction of benzimidazolium salt with Grignard reagent. Results The yield was 87%, IR spectra and melting point of the compound were consistent with those reported. Conclusion A novel synthetic method for phenylacetaldehyde was provided by the addition-hydrolysis reaction of benzimidazolium salt with Grignard reagent.
