| 摘 要： | 通过分析延安市自然环境的特征和水毁淤地坝的各种原因，总结了水毁坝的经验教训，提出了如何进一步发挥滞洪、拦泥和增产的作用，这对黄土高原丘陵区水土保持、发展生产和改变生态环境有着非常重要的意义。
