摘    要:基于灰色系统理论,阐述了灰色聚类分析的基本原理和求解过程,论述了白化函数的物理意义,并结合新疆“96.7”特大暴雨洪水受灾地、州、市实际灾害损失,进行了定量化灾情损失评估和灾害等级划分,得出新疆“96.7”特大暴雨洪水中各受灾地、州、市的果类系数和灾度等级表。其结果与实际情况相吻合,表明灰色聚类分析是解决灾害等级划分问题的一条有效途径。

Abstract:Based on the grey system theory, the principle and method of grey clustering analysis is introduced, and is also used to evaluate disaster losses and classify the flood disaster degree of Xinjiang "96.7" floods. In the application of grey clustering analysis, combining the disaster losses of every region in Xinjiang "96. 7" floods, the disaster area is taken as the clustering objects (i= X ) and some essential factors of disaster losses as the clustering quotas (j= 1, 2, 4). The flood disasters are divided into five grades (k=1, 2, .. 5) according to the level of economy development and population density of Xinjiang. The clustering coefficient and disaster grade of the disaster regions in Xinjiang n 96. 7n floods were made out by using this method. The results are identical to the flood disaster losses of Xinjiang n 96. 7n floods. All the m.ntioned above indicates that the grey clustering analysis is an effective method to deal with the classification of disaster grade.
