| 摘 要： | 根据当前高校计算机网络发展状况，指出统一校园网信息交换标准的意义。对建立信息交换标准的原则、信息交换标准的体系结构及标准的应用进行了详细的研究，强调建立与推行信息交换标准是高校信息化建设的基础。
