秦川牛血清Es,LDH同工酶与氨基酸组成的初步研究

以陕西关中地区健康秦川牛血清为材料，采用聚丙烯酰胺水平电泳，中ｐＨ凝胶系统分离Ｅｓ同工酶，检出了５～６条酶带、酶谱有两种形式。用高ｐＨ凝胶系统盘电泳分离ＬＤＨ同工酶，谱型ＬＤＨ＿１＞ＬＤＨ＿２＞ＬＤＨ＿３＞ＬＤＨ＿４＞ＬＤＨ＿５。血清游离氨基酸共１６种，其总浓度为３６．９２５ｍｇ／１００ｍＬ，其中必需氨基酸浓度为１４．２９７ｍｇ／１００ｍＬ，支／芳比值为４．０７。这一生化分析数据对秦川牛的研究具有重要参考价值。

A Prelminary Study on Es,LDH Isozyme and Amino Acid Composition in the Serum of Qinchuan Cattle

of Esterase Isozyme,5-6 bands of zymogram, which are merged into two forms, areshowed by means of middle pH polyacrylamide flat-bed gel electrophresis; of LDH Isozyme. the rela-tive qtiantity of bands of zymogram is LDH_1>LDH_2>LDH_3>LDH_4>LD_5 by means of high pH disegel electrophresis with the serum of Qinchtian cattles in Gtianzhong,Shaanxi.There are 16 free amino acids in the sertim,and the total concentration is 36.925 mg/100mL, aof which, that of necessary amino acids is 14.297 mg/100mL,and the ration of branched and aromatic amino acids is 4.07.Thesedata are an important reference to the study of Qinchuan cattle.
