摘    要:研究了溶盐热解法制备 Zn O压敏电阻的工艺流程 ,并以此制备出通流能力加倍的 Zn O压敏电阻器。通过粉体的 X射线衍射分析了煅烧温度对粉体的影响。瓷片的 SEM测试说明溶盐热解法比传统法制备的 Zn O压敏电阻瓷片晶粒均匀性好。

Abstract:The fabrication processing of Zn O non- linear resistor by the evaporative decomposition of solution technique is studied and the fine quality of Zn O non- linear resistor is recevied.The effect of calcine on the power is proved by x- ray diffraction.The scanning electron micrographs ofthe ceramics is given asevidence for proving quality of Zn O non- linear resistor compared with conventional method.
