| 摘 要： | 在柠檬酸存在下的硫酸介质中，钒（V）催化溴酸钾氧化结晶紫为指示反应，通过条件选择，建立了催化光度法测定痕量钒的新方法。在90℃恒温水中加热反应12min，测定钒的线性范围为0．4－100ng/25mL,测定下限低达0．016ng/mL。该法灵敏度高，选择性好，直接应用于环境水样中超痕量钒的测定，结果满意。
