摘    要:为研究投菌法用于焦化废水降解的效果,从武钢焦化厂活性污泥中分离筛选出8个能以萘或吡啶为惟一碳源的优势菌株,对其进行了分类学鉴定和脱氢酶、多酚氧化酶活性测定,试验了它们对焦化废水的降解效果。结果是CN3,CN4和DB2对焦化废水的降解率分别33.6%,32.3%和26.4%;在活性污泥中投加优势菌株后,降解率分别达到51.8%,49.1%和38.6%,与普通活性污泥法相比,降解率提高了16.3%,13.6%和3.3%。研究表明,应用投菌法有利于提高焦化废水的降解率。

Abstract:A study of bacteria-throwing on coke-plant wastewater with destination of effective degradation to it. From activated sludge in Wugang Coke-Plant, eight strains existing in naphthalene or pyridine were separated and identified. Their dehydrogenase and polyphenol oxidase activities were tested. Degradation values of the 8 pure preponderant strains to coke-plant wastewater are different. CN3 ,CN4 and DB2 have higher degradation values than others as 33.6%,32.3% and 26.4% respectively. Reformative sludge in which CN3,CN4 and DB2 were added separately has an improved degradation value as high as 51.8%, 49.1% and 38.6%. It's 16.3%, 13.6% and 3.3% higher than ordinary activated sludge.
