硅胶柱超临界流体制备解分离极性化合物

摘    要:建立了一套克级的制备超临界流体色体,采用全多孔空白硅胶为固定相,二氧化碳加极性携带剂及权碱改性剂为在流动相,在该设备上对黄酮类物质和生物碱混何物进行了分离,讨论了分离条件对分离组分产率和纯度的影响。

Abstract:A gram scale preparative supercritical fluid chromatogram was set up, with which polar compounds such as flavnoids were separated successfully on bare silica packing column by using CO 2 modifier addtive mobile phase. Influence of the operating conditions on the yield and purity were discussed.
