基于非等间隔GM(1,1)模型冲压线油液的光谱分析

摘    要:针对冲压线油液监测的光谱数据,分别进行了级比平滑和级比界区检验,检验其是否满足灰色理论中非等间隔GM(1,1)模型的应用条件,对不同长度和不同级比平滑度的序列进行了拟合、预测,计算结果显示该模型可很好地用于冲压线状态的分析和预测;同时根据不同序列计算结果的分析比较,提出了关于应用该模型模拟、预测监测对象运行状态以及数据采样的一些建议。

Abstract:The spectrometric data of Press Line oil monitoring are verified through smoothness checkout and bound checkout of stepwise ratios to find whether they satisfy the conditions of non-equal interval GM(1,1) in grey theory. Non-equal interval GM(1,1) is applied to fit and forecast for those series of un-equal lengths, un-equal stepwise ratios. The results show that this model is applicable to analyze conditions of Press Line. Meanwhile, according to the calculated and analyzed results of several series, some advices are provided on the application of this model as well as on obtaining sampled data.
