| 摘 要： | 通过靶血管栓塞后再行手术治疗骶骨肿瘤的围手术期护理，指出做好全面的术前宣教以及栓塞后肢体伤口的护理，将有利于肿瘤切除手术的顺利进行．术中出血量的减少和术后并发症的防治是手术成功的关键．

| Abstract: | To illustrate the peri-operative nursing care in the treatment of the tumor of sacrum by preoperative embolization of target vessels. It is demonstrated that the preoperative education and the post-embolization nursing care is important in the entire procedure of the treatment. This method may decrease the amount of bleeding and be useful to prevent postoperative complications. |
