氢氧化镁表面改性及其在LDPE中的应用

摘    要:采用表面改性剂对氢氧化镁颗粒进行表面改性,探讨了表面改性剂种类、用量对氢氧化镁颗粒表面性质的影响.结果表明:当多磷酸酯的质量分数为1%时,氢氧化镁的物理性质趋于最佳.进而将改性氢氧化镁与聚乙烯共混,其拉伸强度明显提高.

Abstract:The surface of magnesium hydroxide particles were modified by using surface modification agents. The effects on surface characteristic of magnesium hydroxide by applying different sorts and dosage of surface modification agents were discussed. The results indicate the physics characteristic of magnesium hydroxide was optimal when the dosage of ADDP reaches 1wt%. The tensil strength of LDPE was obviously increased when the modified magnesium hydroxide was mixed with.
